本館服務通告 - 針對遊戲延誤 客戶獲時數回饋補償
為讓客戶更有好的使用服務體驗，有關遊戲延誤情況，CGA eSports Stadium由開館以來已推出相關遊戲時數回饋補償方案。
Service of Notice - Compensation for Game Delays
With the aim of providing a better experience for our valued customers, CGA eSports Stadium has been offering a compensation scheme for hours of game delays since its inception.
If the games provided in the stadium are delayed due to a force majeure clause or circumstances beyond our control, such as connection problems with the official server by game developer, unexpected error/failure in electronic communications and/or other natural factors, CGA eSports stadium has offered to compensate the corresponding game hours according to the actual situation at its discretion, provided that customers shall immediately contact our staff to follow up the incident.
Preventing similar incidents from recurring in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our staff immediately for assistance and advise customers to use our pcs to browse other information or games during the delay.
